This is very under rated as a model, Designed by Jerry fisher in the 1970/80s they did a minibus and a van it has always been one of the hardest Corgi die-cast vans to find apart from a few that were mass produced for a few companies for coloring crayons and petrol give always. The reason for this is that a lot of the time they were sold in mainland Europe only and never in the USA or the UK. even the easy to find vans have loads of variation as normal with wheels being the biggest in this casting with four types. With very little information ever to be printed about this casting it is without Question one of the oddball vans Corgi made as with the Transit, Chevy and custom van being made at the same time, the Casting was taken over by mattel in 1995 the last model was the POLIZEI under the Hot wheels Mattel auto city logo in Italy only and is very hard to find that was the last ever seen I wonder why they decided to make this great little toy van..
