I have dedicated this website to Turk a collector and friend who sadly passed away, his passion for collecting vans was only surpassed by his passion for life. He always joking and smiling he was a pleasure to be with and is greatly missed by all that new him.
Rare stuff
Welcome the toy van web site over the years loads of collectors have asked for details of this model and that model so at long last I am going to put online a picture gallery of some of the vans I have collected over the years here is the site at last.
About Me, I am 57 years of age and I started collecting around the early 1970s so as you can imagine 37 years of hunting has taken its toll I have turned into an absolute Van collecting machine it is not often that I sometimes I wonder how my wife and daughters put up with my obsession. Most asked Question, My favourite van is without a doubt the Ford Transit and I have been driving and collecting them for over 39 years. Boxes and Blister packs and packaging, I know to a lot of Collectors the boxes are worth having for the value to others they have no worth at all. But when you collect vans it seems to be that you need the box as most of them over the years have had a great picture of the vehicle itself on the packaging so with that in mind it is worth having . I do collect vans in Packaging the problem with this is I could end up with five or six of the same van but all with a variation in box or blister card I will be putting pictures of blister packs and boxes along the way. Trading, I do have lots of doubles to trade I am always looking for variations and the hard to find let me know if you would like to trade. Valuations, I do not give them as a toy is worth what ever you can get for it sometime its worth loads other time its worth a little. Variations, I collect variations and they are an important part of collecting as they define a change in the site an item was made at or some other change in the way the van was made.
